Each individual color comes in its own 10 gram container, and is removable from the palette. Refills are available. Includes 2 Diamond FX brushes (#3 Round Brush & #2 Flat Brush). Colors include: Neon Pink, Neon Orange, Neon Yellow, Neon Green, Neon Blue, Neon Violet, Metallic Red, Metallic Gold, Metallic Silver, Metallic Green, Metallic Blue, Metallic Violet. TIPS:
Use a small amount of water with your brush or sponge. This make-up is designed to go further with less water. Stipple colors evenly to achieve a smoother blend.

When applied, the make up will last all day without cracking or fading and is so soft on the skin you won’t even know it’s there!

**** NOTE **** Independent testings in Europe have proven all the Neon Paints to be safe and there have been no reports of any reactions. Neon paints have a special pigment that allows them to shine under the black light. The FDA have approved some of the colors for use on the skin – Neon White, Neon Blue, Neon Violet and  some colors as “special effects products”: Neon Pink, Neon Orange, Neon Yellow, Neon Green. We have used all colors time and time again on the skin and have had no problems whatsoever.
