page for one of our face painting guides, you will go to a secure order
form from PayPal that will look like this:
Placing your order is very simple, all you have to do
is follow the prompts. But, just for your peace of mind, I'll tell you
exactly what you can expect.
Once you're on this page, you will connect to PayPal
through a secure server, which makes it virtually impossible for a
hacker to intercept your information. From this page, you have the
option of logging into your PayPal account to complete your payment (if
you have one).
Or, you can click on 'Continue' just under the 'Don't
have a PayPal account?' heading to proceed to the page where you can
safely and securely enter your credit card information.
Once you enter your payment and credit card information,
and your credit card is validated, you will be taken to a PayPal
confirmation page. (At the same time PayPal will automatically email you
a receipt.)
From here you will either have to click on "Return to
Merchant" or you'll be automatically redirected to the next page.
This next page will be back
on our website, where you'll follow our simple instructions to register
for the product and be directed to the download page.
PayPal does not store your credit card number and I never even see it, I
am only advised that your payment cleared. Once it does clear, your
number vanishes.
So as you can see, ordering online is extremely safe. Far safer, I'd
say, than handing your credit card to some waiter or gas station
attendant!
About Refunds
I want to be very clear about how you can get a refund, as some shady
companies may make a big deal of their guarantee, but then bury the info
on how to take advantage of it.
You actually have two levels of protection. The first thing you would do
is to request a refund from me at info@facepaintingtips.com and I will
process the refund.
But if you don't trust me, then what good is that, right? Your second level
of safety is PayPal - the payment processor. This is because you will
receive a receipt from PayPal with a receipt number, if you contact
them, mention your receipt number and ask for a refund, they will begin
the refund process immediately.
Contact PayPal.
PayPal wants the customer to be happy first, because if the customers
aren't happy, they won't buy, and if they don't buy PayPal won't make
any money.
So, now you know that it is completely safe and secure to order online, and
know exactly how ordering online works.
