Processing & Delivery Times
It is our goal to process and post your order within 1 business day. Please note we are closed on weekends and all public holidays will delay the arrival time of your package.
Orders placed before 5:30am will be sent out the same day (unless it’s Sat/Sun/public holiday). Orders placed after 5:30am are sent out the next business day. Please double check that you have given us the correct shipping address because if you don’t, it will delay your order.
We use USPS, FedEx and UPS to ship our products. You can find out the estimated time of delivery for your order once you’ve added all your items to your shopping cart and “Check Out” (this is just before you make your payment).
Estimated Shipping Time For Domestic Orders (USA)
We offer many different types of shipping services, you will be given different shipping options when you check out (before you pay for your order) so you know which options you have to choose from. The carriers/services that are available for your order depend on the weight and size of your order and your mailing address. Below are all the carriers and services we provide.

Available to anywhere in the USA. The Delivery Confirmation service gives you the date, ZIP Code™ and time your article was delivered. If delivery was attempted you will get the date and time of attempted delivery. This service is only available for small orders that weigh under 13 ounces.

This service provides tracking and comes with a guarantee.

Available to anywhere in the USA. Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas.

UPS will obtain the recipient’s signature and provide you with a printed copy. You may also view the recipient’s signature online.

Delivery by the end of the third business day.
Only Available to the 48 contiguous states.
UPS Second Day Air
Estimated delivery time: 2 business days.
Delivery by the end of the second business day.
All 50 states and Puerto Rico, with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii.
UPS Next Day Air
Estimated delivery time: 1 business day. (next day)
Next business day delivery by 3:00 or 4:30 p.m.
Available to the 48 contiguous states.

Estimated Shipping Time For International Orders (Outside USA)
We currently only ship international orders by USPS Priority Mail because they are by far the cheapest and you are far less likely you pay any “import taxes/duty fees” etc.

Estimated delivery time: 6-10 business days.
Priority International mail provides a label number and can be tracked via the usps.com website, but this service does not offer a guarantee on a delivery date.

Postage & Handling Fees
Postage and handling fees are determined by the total weight and size of your order. The more items you purchase, the cheaper the shipping is per item. To workout the exact amount you pay for shipping, add all the items you want to your shopping cart, click on “Edit Shopping Cart” on the right hand side of the web page. Then on the next page in your shopping cart, select your country and zipcode and then click on “Update Subtotal”.
Duty Tax/ Customs Fees
Some international orders may incur a duty tax/brokerage fees. This is calculated and charged by the postal office/carrier in your country. We have no control over this. We recommend using USPS Priority International Mail instead of UPS/Fedex as orders shipped with UPS/Fedex usually end up with a customs fee.

Return Policy
We believe in 100% customer satisfaction. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have questions about any product or need advice please feel free to email us at info@facepaintingtips.com
To maintain the quality and safety of our paints/make up/tools, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on paints/make up/tools. If you receive the wrong product, we will gladly exchange the UNUSED product for the correct product at no cost. If you receive a CD or DVD that is defective please contact us immediately so that we can replace the item.
Sorry but we cannot accept returns on make up, tools, books, CDs or DVDs unless the products are defective. We will inspect the damaged product prior to any exchange or credit.
All returns must be authorized first. To approve a return or exchange, please email info@facepaintingtips.com. Please report damages within 3 days of receiving your item so we can issue a replacement. If a return or exchange is not communicated to us within 3 days from the date your package is delivered. A return can not be authorized.
You can not return an order without being authorized. In order to send it back you will need to send it to a special address and we will provide you with a special address label (including a unique barcode) to attach to the order before you return it. You will also need to provide us with the shipping company and tracking information on the order you are returning. If these 2 things are not completed properly we are not able to give you a refund.
Privacy Policy
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address.
We only collect the e-mail addresses of those who submit their email addresses, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers’ access or visit, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web page, used to notify consumers about updates to our Web site, used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.
