WHY DO I NEED A FLAT BRUSH? A flat brush is the perfect shape to similtaneously pick up multiple colors from a splitcake/rainbow cake and paint multi coloured shapes, ribbons, flowers, rainbows etc in just one brushstroke aka “onestroke painting”!

Not only will a flat brush create a broad brushstroke, but if you turn it so you’re leading with the narrow edge, it’ll produce thin brushstrokes.

BRUSH CARE TIPS: If you handle these brushes with care, they will last a very long time and you will have the pleasure of making beautiful artwork. Regularly wash your brushes with soap or brush cleaner to help them stay in good condition. A good friend of mine and amazing world renowned face and body artist Yolanda Bartram is coming to Sydney and putting on 2 workshops next week!

Yolanda won the World Champion Special FX Body Painting title for 2010 in Austria, she also came second at the North American Body Paint Championships 2010 in Las Vegas and won 1st place for Special Effects Make Up at the World Face and Body painting Championships in Austria 2009.

And next week she’ll be in Sydney teaching her face & body painting techniques and revealing her award winning make up secrets in 2 exclusive workshops: (only 8 spots in each workshop!)
