Very nice and easy. Thanks to Leah and her dauthgter! I only question putting the gold on the lips. I noticed her daughter licked her lips at the end. Ingesting that can’t be too great.

Hi Kim – I have the Mica Shimmer Powders from Amerikan Body art and I also own the Ben Nye Lumiere Pallete. The Amerikan Body Art Mica Shimmer POwders don’t seem to contain any binder and are therefore less “sticky” which makes them appear more transparent than the Ben Nye Lumiere powders. If you want to try the exact same product as the Amerikan Body Art Shimmer Powders, you should visit http://www.TKBTrading.com or http://www.coastalscents.com/ . Both sites sell samples of their mica colors in larger quantities than the “Personal” size of the ABA Mica Shimmer Powders for about $1 – $1.50 USD. And they are the same quality!

I will say that I enjoy the little shaker containers that the ABA Mica Shimmer Powders come in already, but both of those sites above sell empty containers as well.
I will still hold onto my Ben Nye Lumiere pallete and use it for bases while I keep the pretty shimmery “mica” loose powders for fairy or princess highlights.
