Round Brush Brushstrokes Techniques Video

by Philadelphia from FacePaintingTips.com on February 27, 2008 · 0 comments

I found a great video by Donna Dewberry who will show you how to paint beautiful scroll work - curls, twirls, letters and leaves with a round brush. Now, she uses a canvas, but you can apply these techniques to face painting for fantastic looking princess and fairy masks. Watch the video, then practice the pressure/release exercises that she shows you!

Howdy All!

That was so cool! I really learned a lot and I’m going to pull my paints out and practice that technique. She made it look so easy that it’s encouraging to try. Thanks Philadelphia!

Some very good tips.

I am very new to face painting and have found the vidoes you include in the blog very good. Would you be able to include in future blogs some videos you have sent in the past? Perhaps an edition of the blog of just helpful videos might be an idea you would consider?
