When I teach face painting they all get a small kit to get them started and never question my choice of paints. When I'm doing a job, many parents ask about the paints I use and I have the advantage of explaining about Snazaroo being safe for skin . I have tried Wolf and I like some colors of that too. If it's streaking you're probably dragging the sponge, instead of dabbing it. Experiment with two coats, sometimes that works for me, but it's not great when you're trying to finish a design quickly. Your sponge may be too watery, but I can't say for sure...because I can't see what you're doing, so experiment with adding more water. And remember, never wet your sponge, always wet the paint.
